Psalms 42:5

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

There are times when one feels down hearted and low in spirit and it becomes difficult even to pray or trust God, but what we can do to continue to hope in Him is to try and meditate on the things He has done for you and the love He has shown to us, and begin to praise Him . It is by so doing that one can fall in love with God again and drow closser to Him and tust in him once again.

I found this today, 2/6/07. This is how I am feeling today. Discouraged. But I continue to hope in God. Praise is a big part of it. I intend to start doing it daily.
