Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses.

Justification by faith in Jesus Christ, has freed us from the law, so that now we obey the law, not to be accepted by God, but because we are accepted by Him. We don’t, on our own, decide to accept a Holy and Righteous God, but rather, a Holy and Righteous God reaches down to a lifless, dead, and depraved man, and picks him up, making him His very own. Thank God for His Grace!

I think “brothers” refers to both genders. I do not think the intention of Acts 13:38-39 is to skip women.
Also the “Him” refers to both genders since the Father could be a “She”. this is because God is a spirit and without a gender. So the bible needs an update to avoid misunderstanding.

I would like support the idea that passage is not just limitted to men but to both; men and women. If Christ only came to save the men, then what did do for the women?
Certainly, salvation is for all.
